Elaine Columbia is the Office Manager of New Life Christian Center of Jamison, PA, and also coordinates Counseling services at the church. Elaine is extremely talented excellent communicator and a tremendous blessing to the Church and all of its Associated Ministries. New Life Christian Center provides counseling services as part of our overall ministry. All counseling is performed by licensed counselors trained in Creation Therapy, a Biblical concept which incorporates the whole person in becoming "balanced" according to the Word of God.

1 Thessalonians 5:23 states, "...and the very God of peace santify you wholly... and I pray God under your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless."

Genesis 1:27 - "So God created man in His own image, in the image of God, He created him."

With the support of a licensed pastoral counselor, you will:

Obtain Biblical and Clinical help using a method called Creation Therapy
See yourself more clearly through the eyes of Christ
Gain insight into your specific crisis or situation
Learn new problem-solving skills
Improve communication and increase skills in relating to others
Set and reach new plateaus of victory in your life

All information revealed during the course of counseling is held in the strictest of confidence. No member of the counseling staff will release information without the express, written consent of the person(s) invilved.

Sessions are usually 45 minutes to an hour in length. Sessions are by appointment, Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

There is a standard fee for the administration and processing of the Temperament Analysis Profile (TAP). For members of NLCC, this fee is $55.00 per person, $110.00 per couple. The rate for non-members is $105.00 per person, $210.00 per couple.
